Who We Are
PUNZALAN MANAGEMENT INC. (dba Flintcrest House) is an adult residential care facility (ARF) that provides a licensed residential program up to 6 adults with intellectual disabilities who are the consumers of the California Regional Centers. The facility supports residents to lead healthy safe lives, to exhibit positive behaviors and to develop greater adults skills. It is based on the philosophy that all adult individuals benefit from a positive relationship with a nurturing caregiver. They need community integration in order to learn and build upon social skills, independence, and communication. Punzalan Management Inc. promotes the values of normalization, community participation, self-determination, & individualization. It provides supplemental developmental/functional training to residents of the program
